St. Albans is governed by an Executive Board made up of current and alumni parent volunteers. The Board’s primary responsibilities include:
- fiduciary integrity of the school
- formation and implementation of the master plan
- hiring and support of the Head of School
- approval of the school budget
- establishment of tuition and fees
- approval of all major repairs and purchases, and
- allocation of the necessary funds to make sure that the Head of School and faculty have the needed resources to deliver all aspects of our top-notch curriculum
