Executive Board

St. Albans is governed by an Executive Board made up of current and alumni parent volunteers. The Board’s primary responsibilities include:

  • fiduciary integrity of the school
  • formation and implementation of the master plan
  • hiring and support of the Head of School
  • approval of the school budget
  • establishment of tuition and fees
  • approval of all major repairs and purchases, and
  • allocation of the necessary funds to make sure that the Head of School and faculty have the needed resources to deliver all aspects of our top-notch curriculum
