After St. Albans, Cory attended Del Oro High School. He subsequently attended UC Davis where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Sociology- Organizational Studies with a minor in Managerial Economics. During college, Cory became a founding father of the Delta Sigma Phi fraternity. He also interned at Patwin Elementary School in Davis tutoring at-risk children and interned for the American Heart Association as well as Phatchip.com in Houston, TX. After graduating from UC Davis, Cory lived overseas for a year in Barcelona, Spain. In Barcelona he studied Spanish at the University of Barcelona and worked in a bakery. He found his many years of Spanish at St. Albans especially helpful to integrating into Spanish culture. He moved back to California in 2002 and took a job with Nielsen TV Ratings. Cory worked for Nielsen until 2011 at which time he moved back to Sacramento and attended Lincoln Law School. Cory graduated as Salutatorian
from Lincoln Law in 2015 and passed the July 2015 California Bar Exam. Cory
now works for the California Energy Commission as Staff Counsel and also
teaches part-time at Lincoln Law as Professor of Legal Analysis.
During his time at Nielsen TV Ratings, Cory met Susan Madison and, after 2 years of dating, Cory and Susan married in 2007. They have two children- Cooper, born in 2009, and Abigail, born in 2013. Susan now works as Secretary at St. Albans where Cooper also attends. The Irish family is very proud to be a part of the St. Albans family for multiple generations. The Irish family lives in Roseville, and enjoy traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
After St. Albans, Ben attended Mira Loma High School and went through the full International Baccalaureate program. Ben and his parents are grateful to the entire staff at St. Albans for providing a superior education to Ben. They are especially appreciative of Mr. Carpenter’s enthusiasm and dedication to his students which made math even more appealing to Ben. Ben graduated from UC Santa Barbara as a Math Major on June 14, 2015. During college, Ben worked as an intern for Procore Technologies as a Software Developer for approximately 18 months and has been offered a salaried position to stay on board as a Developer. Ben looks forward to his continued career at Procore Technologies and contributing to their growth. Ben likes living in Santa Barbara where he enjoys surfing, swimming, hanging out with friends and more.
